Labtests is seeking a full-time, 12 month fixed term Phlebotomy Home Visits Administrator to join our Patients Services team.
The Home Visits Administration team is responsible for organizing bookings and allocating visits to mobile phlebotomists. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skill set, while utilising your wealth of knowledge and experience. You will be a crucial member of a dispatching team, who has the responsibility of processing patient records for medical practitioners.

- Pay attention to detail with exceptional time management skills.
- Previous dispatch experience with sound geographical knowledge of the wider Auckland area is preferred.
- Experience working in a high pressure environment.
- Ability to work weekends and to a rotating roster is essential. Shifts are rostered between the hours of 6:30am - 6:00pm.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm with a high level of accuracy (98%+).
- Experience working in the Health / Medical industry including knowledge of medical terminology relating to Laboratory procedures preferred, but not essential.
As an integral member of the team at Labtests, you will be an effective written and verbal communicator, who's self-motivated, flexible and service oriented. You will be quality conscious, with a high degree of attention to detail yet competent in dealing with high volumes of work in a precise and timely manner.
